Helen of Troy is seeking a Sr BI Developer to elevate enterprise analytics and decision-making through Power BI-driven insights. You will design scalable data models and lead a BI COE in collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities include building robust Power BI architectures, driving data governance, and ensuring cross-functional adoption of self-service reporting across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Massachusetts base pay is noted for reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, including 2+ years with Power BI as an enterprise platform.
• 2+ years leading BI teams or cross-functional BI initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Power BI solutions in an enterprise IT ecosystem (ERP, governance).
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Excellent written and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI architectures for organization-wide self-service reporting and ad-hoc data exploration.
• Design and implement a Power BI COE with cross-functional collaboration.
• Build scalable Power BI data models to drive strategic decision-making and measurable value.
• Lead BI projects and coordinate internal/external resources to deliver timely solutions.
• Ensure adoption and governance of BI solutions across business groups.
