Helen of Troy is seeking a Sr. BI Developer to elevate decision-making across the organization by building scalable Power BI solutions and governance models. You will lead the BI COE in collaboration with multiple departments, driving data-driven actions and insights at all levels.

The role requires extensive Power BI experience, leadership in BI initiatives, and strong communication to bridge technical and business audiences, with experience in ERP and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years in Business Intelligence with hands-on Power BI as an enterprise platform.
• 2+ years leading BI teams or cross-functional BI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Elevate decision-making by crafting analytical tools and data-driven insights across the organization.
• Design and implement robust Power BI architectures and a Power BI COE with cross-functional partners.
• Lead development of scalable Power BI data models and governance practices.
• Collaborate with vendors/onsite/offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
