Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with extensive BI experience.
• 8+ years in BI/data analytics; leadership experience.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL, and DW skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI design and implementation of reports, dashboards, data models.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Mentor teammates and enforce data governance and HIPAA compliance.
