Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that drive data-driven decisions across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to build data models, marts, reports, and self-service tools that support operational, clinical, and financial performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of work experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Informatics, or related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years SQL query development.
• 2+ years data visualization development using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in data modeling, report development, data reporting, or data analysis.
• 1 year Crystal Reports development.
• Healthcare data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, data marts, stored procedures, and self-service reporting tools.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support operational, clinical, and financial metrics.
• Communicate with stakeholders to validate requirements and governance needs.
• Support electronic medical record BI data models, functions, and reports, including software upgrades.
• Document technical specifications and perform data validation and testing.
• Analyze data to drive clinical, financial, and operational performance improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
