Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Senior BI Lead in McLean, VA to bridge technical architecture and business strategy. You will architect backend models, elicit executive requirements, and deliver analytics that enhance operational efficiency.

You will design Snowflake data models, develop Power BI dashboards, and govern DAX/Power Query for enterprise-scale analytics supporting senior stakeholders. On-site role at McLean office.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in BI, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Snowflake development with advanced SQL and data warehousing best practices.
• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query; manage a large-scale Published Gallery for executives.
• Experience with multi-source data integration and delivering executive dashboards.
• Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Consulting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full analytics lifecycle with stakeholders to uncover needs and design the technical roadmap.
• Design and maintain robust, scalable data models in Snowflake for dashboards and reports.
• Architect backend models and deliver sophisticated analytics impacting operations.
• Mentor junior developers and establish governance for DAX, SQL, and Power BI.
