Axiom Path in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to lead enterprise BI initiatives across Power BI, Snowflake, and cloud platforms. This role combines hands-on development with data architecture, governance, and stakeholder leadership.

You will mentor junior developers, influence BI standards, and partner with business units to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions that improve reporting performance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI development and analytics solutions.
• Strong command of Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and reusable analytics solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders, analysts, IT, and data engineers to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Develop and optimize enterprise data models to improve reporting and data quality.
• Collaborate on ETL/ELT pipelines with Snowflake and dbt.
• Establish BI standards, governance, and reusable frameworks.
• Apply DevOps practices to BI development, including version control and CI/CD.
• Improve Power BI performance through query optimization and model design.
• Mentor junior developers and guide BI projects.
• Drive continuous improvement across analytics workflows and data quality.
