Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and maintain data-driven solutions that support strategic decisions. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics, build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, and ensure data quality across enterprise systems.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics within enterprise environments, strong communication, and the ability to lead multiple BI projects end-to-end while driving business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within or supporting an Enterprise Data Office.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and demonstrate business value.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Self-starter with initiative and cross-organizational partnerships.
• Ability to learn the business quickly and navigate complex data environments.
• Experience with governance, data quality, and analytics best practices.
• Experience in tech and business-facing reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Create clear visualizations, reports, and insights from complex data.
• Profile, cleanse, transform, and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems using Alteryx/Tableau Prep.
• Develop automated data prep workflows to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Build BI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Coordinate and direct contract resources across multiple projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI activities.
• Document BI processes, methodologies, and workflows for sustainability.
