Job summary

Citizens Financial in Johnston, RI, seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to develop data-driven solutions that empower strategic decision-making. You will own end-to-end BI initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering analytics-ready datasets, dashboards, and reports across enterprise systems.

The role requires strong technical skills with Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Power BI, and Tableau, plus excellent communication and project leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Office or similar analytics environment.
Ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with data governance and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

Transform data into clear visualizations and insights to support decision-making.
Source, profile, cleanse, and transform data from multiple enterprise systems.
Develop automated data preparation workflows with Alteryx.
Build BI dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Coordinate with contract resources across projects and ensure timelines.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Document BI processes and practices for consistency.
