Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Sr. BI Developer to design and build robust BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI. You will develop dashboards and KPIs, collaborate with business users, and ensure data quality across data warehouses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of dashboard development experience.
• Expertise in Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with reporting and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards and KPIs using Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Product Managers, and business users to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Troubleshoot, modify, and enhance existing BI assets based on business and technical requirements.
• Verify the accuracy and integrity of data across dashboards, reports, data extracts, and data warehouses.
• Resolve data quality, dashboard performance, and database performance issues.
• Evaluate, design, and propose BI solutions and obtain appropriate approval for design and implementation.
• Work across development, testing, and production environments to support BI solution deployment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for database modifications.
• Follow organizational data protection, network security, and antivirus policies.
• Stay current with BI industry trends and participate in relevant training, conferences, and seminars.
• Participate in organizational training and development programs.
• Uphold service excellence behaviors and comply with applicable policies, regulations, and organizational standards.
