Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BI strategy to support company objectives and enhance decision-making across all business units.
• Mentor and manage a team of BI professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Oversee design and implementation of data infrastructure to support BI operations.
• Advise BI Development on end-to-end lifecycle from data collection to reporting and visualization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to track KPIs.
