Job summary

United Site Services, a leading provider of site services, seeks an IT Business Operations Analyst to analyze financial performance across revenue, costs, and expenses. You will build dashboards, perform variance analyses, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in finance/operations roles.
Strong accounting and finance knowledge with ability to identify issues.
Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
Ability to read and interpret operational documents and reports.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting for senior management with KPIs.
Analyze business units, trends, and perform due diligence on initiatives.
Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
Provide monthly variance analysis for regions and highlight drivers and risks.
Collaborate with Operations to manage spending and drive corrective actions.
Develop dashboards and financial models to accelerate insights.
