Job summary

Pega in the New England region (Waltham, MA) seeks a Senior Business/Reporting Analyst to partner with our global consulting organization and Operations. You will deliver financial reporting and analysis of consultant utilization, headcount, and profitability metrics, and you will lead projects pursuing strategic objectives.

You will design and deliver reporting using Excel, Power BI, and HANA-inspired systems, collaborating with senior leaders to drive efficiency and better decision-making

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a business/finance analyst.
• Experience with P&L data and multiple data sources.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to own projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise problems and deliver insights for Consulting leadership.
• Manage P&L analytics including revenue, expenses, margin, utilization, and headcount.
• Provide monthly financial reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Be a key member in budget, planning & forecasting processes.
• Design, develop, and deliver reporting using Excel, Power BI, and HANA.
