American Modern Insurance Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver data-driven insights supporting sales, marketing and customer experience.

The role focuses on building visualizations and robust data models in Power BI, leveraging DAX and SQL across multiple data sources. You will collaborate with clients, developers, and IT to translate complex business questions into analytics-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Statistics or equivalent.
Intro to Insurance or equivalent knowledge.
Complete AINS 21 and 22.
Microsoft PL-300 certification preferred or completed within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate meetings, capture requirements, and communicate changes clearly.
Build shared understanding of problems and outline project parameters.
Act as intermediary between clients, developers, users, and IT.
Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations with Power BI using DAX.
Work with multi-source data to support analytics and visualization projects.
Automate data processes to improve reporting efficiency.
