Job summary

Orion180 Insurance Co. seeks a Sr./Mid-level BI Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise Power BI solutions. You will craft centralized semantic models and high-performance dashboards while partnering with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.

You’ll collaborate across underwriting, claims, analytics, and operations to deliver standardized metrics and governance, with a focus on data-driven decisions in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, CS or Mathematics.
• 2+ years of Power BI development with enterprise semantic modeling.
• Experience in data analysis, modeling and visualization in insurance/financial services.
• Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build centralized semantic models and scalable data products.
• Create self-service analytics with governance and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with leaders to deploy reporting and KPI definitions.
