We’re seeking a Power BI Developer to create data-driven reporting solutions that provide insights into insurance policy trends and financial performance. This role involves data modeling, visualization, and workflow automation to enhance business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize Power BI data models for analyzing policy, product, and financial data.
• Develop interactive dashboards to track new business, renewals, and cancellations.
• Align policy transactions with revenue and expense data in the general ledger.
• Automate reporting workflows using PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to tailor reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, optimize performance, and stay updated on Power BI best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT/BI experience, with 3+ years in Power BI development.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI Service.
• Familiarity with insurance products and financial reporting is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
