Job summary

Ensemble seeks a Senior BI Analyst to turn data into insights using Tableau or Power BI. You will meet with clinical and operations leaders to design visualizations and data sources from data lakes, warehouses, and external sources to support executive reporting and deep-dive analytics.

The role emphasizes data governance, ETL validation, and secure access controls, with mentorship to team members and collaboration across the analytics function.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Information Technology or Information Management.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau) and SQL; experience with ETL tools.
• Healthcare domain knowledge and ability to work with clinicians and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create data sources and data marts by blending existing and new data.
• Design interactive self-service BI tools in Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with business units to meet operational needs and ensure standards.
• Lead data governance efforts with documentation and governance practices.
• Manage BI platform upgrades and maintain data sources and assets.
• Control BI security access and protect PHI according to policies.
• Validate data between sources and BI assets for timely reliability.
