Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across clinical and operational teams. You will build data sources and self-service BI tools using Tableau or Power BI to tell compelling stories that drive change and outcomes.

You will collaborate with leaders to define information needs, establish governance, and ensure data accuracy. A strong healthcare background and 5+ years in BI are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Information Technology or Information Management; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of BI/Analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, ETL tools and MS Office.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create data sources and data marts from multiple sources to meet analytics requests.
• Design highly interactive, self-service BI tools in Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with business units to understand operational needs and ensure data standards.
• Lead Data Governance efforts with documentation and adherence to standards.
• Manage BI platform upgrades and ensure data sources and assets stay current.
• Maintain secure access to BI assets per PHI protection policies.
