Job summary

Lexia is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who will translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical approaches and build self-service, AI-enabled analytics for Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales. You will partner with Analytics Engineering to leverage data warehouses and Tableau Cloud sources, crafting dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in an analytical role, preferably supporting sales, marketing, customer success, or business ops.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tool) and SQL for querying a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Redshift).
• Experience with curated data models built by data/analytics engineering teams; familiarity with dbt is a plus.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and Excel.
• Experience creating business-driven dashboards and KPIs; go-to-market analyses like campaign attribution, account scoring, pipeline analysis, retention/churn analytics; Python or R a plus.
• Interest in AI-assisted analytics (AI agents, NLP interfaces, LLm-driven analytics).
• Experience in SaaS B2B/B2G environments would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling; ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, dashboard development, and KPI definition to provide visibility into pipeline, bookings, renewals, product usage, and campaign performance.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue, customer, and operational data; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to translate needs into data requirements and model definitions; ensure data quality and consistency.
