ZoomInfo is seeking a Product Analytics professional to partner with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to drive product strategy through data-driven insights.

You will define success metrics, KPIs, event tracking, and measurement frameworks; conduct deep-dive analyses of adoption, engagement and retention; and present findings with narratives and visualizations to technical and executive audiences, including leveraging AI-powered tools and LLMs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI, product analytics, or growth analytics in B2B SaaS.
• Strong SQL skills with large-scale data experience.
• Ability to influence product and business decisions with insights.
• Experience analyzing product adoption, engagement, retention, and experiments.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience using AI-powered tools and LLMs to speed analytics.

• Present analytical findings through clear narratives and effective visualizations to technical and executive audiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics in B2B SaaS
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
• Proven ability to influence product and business decisions through analytical insights
• Experience analyzing product adoption, engagement, retention, and experimentation
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and LLMs to accelerate analytical workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or other analytical programming languages
• Experience working within high-growth technology organizations
