Lexia Informatics Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into timely reporting that shapes outcomes for our go-to-market teams.

You will partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to build dashboards, KPIs, and AI-enabled tools using data models from Analytics Engineering. You will translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical approaches, communicate insights, and help scale self-service analytics across the organization, including governance

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of analytical experience, with a preference for supporting sales, marketing, customer success, or business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or a comparable BI tool) and SQL in a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Redshift).
• Experience with curated data models built by data or analytics engineering teams; familiarity with dbt is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and with Excel.
• Demonstrated experience producing business-driven dashboards and reports and developing meaningful KPIs.

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve Tableau dashboards and reports for Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales executives.
• Develop and maintain meaningful KPIs, ensuring metrics are consistent and aligned with business definitions.
• Deliver recurring business performance reporting and forecasting for leadership decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue, customer, and operational data to answer key business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear data requirements and collaborate with Analytics Engineering to improve data models.
