You will gather requirements, analyze large data sets, and collaborate with business partners and technology teams in an agile environment. You will mentor junior analysts and manage ad-hoc reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business or technology field.
• Understanding of SQL and/or other query languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with independent decision-making.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile framework.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights with visuals.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Experience with data visualization technology.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• SQL writing: beginner to intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage ad-hoc and standard reporting requests via CRM cases.
• Analyze large volumes of transactions and CRM data.
• Design, test, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards using BI/CRM tools.
• Act as a point of contact for global users and technology teams for reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues on small projects and scheduled reports.
• Define scope and objectives based on user needs and systems.
• Mentor less experienced teammates.
