Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design and implement data-driven solutions that enable strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple initiatives, and own end-to-end BI workflows across enterprise data environments.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and the delivery of actionable insights through dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Data Office or similar environment.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and demonstrate business value.
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create visualizations, reports, and insights to support decision making.
• Source, profile, cleanse, transform data from multiple systems using Alteryx/Tableau Prep.
• Develop automated data preparation workflows to improve quality and efficiency with emphasis on Alteryx.
• Build BI dashboards/reports using Power BI/Tableau.
• Coordinate contract resources across projects and align with business priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI activities.
• Document BI processes and procedures for sustainability.
