Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI with KPI development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts; experience designing data models.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance operations and data.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and leadership to define requirements.
• Design and optimize semantic models, datasets, data marts, and KPIs for reporting.
• Maintain data quality, metadata, and governance practices across reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency through data-driven solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
