Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BI experience, strong Power BI proficiency, and a proven track record of end-to-end BI project delivery.

Qualifications

This role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), along with the ability to independently manage analytics projects from development through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Analyze data across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and analytics solutions.
• Design and maintain accurate data models to ensure reliable reporting and business insights.
• Leverage AI, SQL, Python, and automation tools to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct performance analysis, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to support business growth.
• Manage end-to-end BI projects, including requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, and user training.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement of BI solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and reporting automation tools.
• Proven experience managing and implementing BI projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to executive leadership.
