Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Casualty Analytics Group. You will uncover patterns in casualty data and translate findings into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data querying and analysis.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
• Experience developing dashboards and reports for executive audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; continuously asking "so what?".
• Ability to communicate complex, technical problems to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.

• Analyze casualty data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making

• Design and develop intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to senior business leaders
• Transform complex data into clear, compelling visual stories that drive understanding and action
• Optimize existing dashboards and reports to improve performance and user experience
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels in a clear, concise, and impactful manner
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data models support effective business intelligence capabilities
