Job summary

Axtria is seeking a US-based Senior BI Consultant who can act as a trusted advisor to pharma and life sciences clients. The role focuses on modernizing BI landscapes, shaping analytics strategies, and translating complex data ecosystems into clear business decisions.

The ideal candidate combines deep BI platform experience with pharma commercial/medical domain fluency and an executive presence to inspire client conversations and demos.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in BI, analytics consulting, data visualization, or analytics transformation.
• Strong pharma / life sciences domain analytics experience.
• Proven ability to lead executive presentations, workshops, and demos.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics capabilities and modern BI trends.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on BI transformation roadmaps, platform strategies, and analytics adoption.
• Lead executive engagement with CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders to drive value.
• Create and present demos, POVs, and solution walkthroughs tailored to client maturity.
• Mentor teams on executive communication, pharma context, and client advisory skills.
