Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in battery energy storage or related power projects.
• Strong knowledge of BESS and grid integration principles.
• Experience developing electrical designs, single-line diagrams, protective schemes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ETAP or SKM and familiarity with codes and standards.
• Excellent technical writing, communication and stakeholder mgmt.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and events; authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of conceptual and detailed electrical designs for BESS.
• Prepare and review single-line diagrams, schematics and IFC packages.
• Coordinate equipment layouts, grounding, and conduit routing.
• Prepare specs, data sheets, calculations, estimates, and procurement docs.
• Review deliverables for quality and compliance with NEC, NESC, IEEE, NFPA, etc.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, geotechnical, SCADA, and high-voltage teams.
• Support permitting, interconnection, and vendor submittals.
• Provide field support during construction, commissioning, and closeout.
