Qualifications

• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to influence benefit strategy, plan design, policy development, and program administration.
• Lead planning, communication, implementation, and change management of benefit and well-being programs and changes.
• Drive operational excellence in benefits delivery across health, retirement, tuition assistance, leave, and lifecycle processes.
