Job summary

TelevisaUnivision seeks a Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellbeing to shape and drive the company’s Health, Wellbeing and Retirement strategy. You will lead plan design, financial strategy, governance, and vendor relationships to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

You will partner with Finance, HR Operations, and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence across the benefits portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of progressive Benefits experience.
• Strong expertise in U.S. health, wellbeing, and retirement programs including plan design, financing, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Workday Benefits, HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year Health, Wellbeing and Retirement strategy aligned with Total Rewards philosophy.
• Partner with Finance, vendors and brokers to develop cost forecasts, funding strategies, and dashboards.
• Lead governance, vendor management, and RFP processes for benefits programs.
• Oversee day-to-day benefits administration while driving continuous improvement and leveraging technology.
