TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellbeing to lead the Health, Wellbeing and Retirement strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, financially sustainable, and aligned with the Total Rewards philosophy.

You will partner with Finance, HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, Communications, brokers, consultants, and external vendors to evolve the benefits portfolio, govern design, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive benefits experience with leadership responsibility.
• Expertise in U.S. health, wellbeing, and retirement programs, plan design, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting and cost management.
• Experience with Workday Benefits, HRIS, payroll and benefits administration.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-year Health, Wellbeing and Retirement strategy and plan design.
• Govern benefits programs, ensuring financial sustainability and competitive positioning.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and RFP processes.
• Oversee benefits operations, governance, and Open Enrollment initiatives.
