Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR/benefits experience.
• CEBS or SHRM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into actionable benefits and wellness programs.
• Manage daily health and welfare programs (medical/dental/vision/life/retirement).
• Oversee annual Open Enrollment and data processing.
• Coordinate leave management with accuracy and empathy.
• Liaise with brokers, vendors, and plan administrators.
