Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with employee benefits and leave programs.
• Experience working with benefit carriers, brokers, and vendors.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other benefit programs.
• Manage annual enrollment and eligibility for a multi-state workforce.
• Partner with carriers, brokers, and vendors on plan design and cost management.
• Ensure accurate deductions and data across HRIS and payroll.
• Support regulatory compliance and annual testing of plans.
