Job summary

Towne is seeking a Benefits Manager, Total Rewards to design and administer comprehensive health, welfare, and retirement programs. You will monitor regulatory changes, lead the benefits team, and partner with internal stakeholders and brokers to optimize offerings and costs.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, program rollouts, and strong communication with senior leadership. A bachelor’s in HR related field and 8–10 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred; CEBS/CBP strongly preferred.
• 8-10 years in a related field with 2+ years leading a team; 3-5 years in health, welfare, retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Benefits team in alignment with Towne's mission and values.
• Design and administer health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs.
• Oversee daily benefits operations, enrollments, and vendor issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; manage risk.
• Benchmark benefits offerings and negotiate contracts with vendors/brokers.
• Lead program rollouts and analyze data to improve effectiveness and costs.
