A leading grocery wholesaler is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst who will lead the planning and analysis of health and welfare benefit programs. This remote position requires 5-7 years of experience in benefits analysis and proficiency in HRIS systems. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of compliance in employee benefits and excellent analytical skills. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of benefit analysis, planning and design or other related experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems and respective report writers.
• Additional coursework in related fields or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze health and welfare plan data.
• Conduct market research and analyze benefit data.
• Recommend changes to current benefits programs.
