Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, HR, Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in benefits administration.
• Experience with ERISA, IRS and Department of Labor requirements, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA, and applicable state and local leave requirements.
• Experience administering PTO and sick leave programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday Benefits administration and related processes.
• Ensure ACA compliance and reporting.
• Oversee COBRA, 401(k) plan operations and compliance testing.
• Coordinate vendor performance and benefits communications.
