Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, a leading bottling partner in North America, seeks a Senior Retirement Plan Benefits Analyst to oversee day-to-day retirement program administration and financial wellbeing initiatives. You will coordinate audits, ensure compliance with ERISA, and partner with payroll and external counsel to optimize retirement outcomes for employees.

The role requires 5+ years in retirement plan administration, strong vendor management, and experience with 401(k) and union pension plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience (401(k) and qualified plans).
• Coursework in ERISA or retirement plan administration preferred.
• CEBS, CBP, or RPA designation preferred.
• Experience with union pension and non-qualified retirement plans preferred.
• Experience managing external vendors, auditors, ERISA counsel, and retirement plan committees.
• Knowledge of ERISA, DOL, IRS regulations and retirement plan audits.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day administration, governance, and vendor coordination for retirement programs.
• Owns Swire Coca-Cola's Financial Wellbeing programs, including vendor management and engagement.
• Coordinates annual audits and non-discrimination testing; communicates results and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Payroll on retirement contributions and processing.
• Represents retirement and financial wellbeing operations in cross-functional meetings.
• Drives improvements to retirement programs and related processes.
• Supports Retirement Committee governance and meeting logistics.
