Job summary

Power Solutions International (PSI) seeks a Manager of Employee Benefits to lead the design, administration, and cost-management of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and retirement programs. The role includes overseeing open enrollment, supporting managers and employees, and producing leadership reports to optimize benefits strategy.

You will ensure regulatory compliance (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, DOL, ERISA) and manage vendor relationships while leveraging Paycom HRIS data to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred; may substitute with direct applicable work experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing employee benefits policies, offerings (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness), procedures, administration for a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing, administering, and auditing a large scale 401(k) retirement plan with regulatory compliance, plan controls, audits and vendor oversight.
• Tech savvy with MS Office (especially Excel) and an HRIS (ideally Paycom).
• ADA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, DOL, and ERISA expertise in manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and administration of benefit programs (medical, dental, disability, life, retirement, wellness).
• Manage new hire and annual open enrollment cycles with HR team, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide responsive support and resolution for managers and employees on benefits questions.
• Develop regular reporting for leadership to monitor program effectiveness and cost impact.
• Audit benefits invoices and manage vendor relationships for multiple benefit plans.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity (Paycom) and assist with system security and compliance.
