Job summary

Littler Mendelson is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst – Programs to lead the administration, communication, and compliance of the firm’s benefits programs. You will partner with vendors, support HRIS, and guide the Benefits team to deliver accurate, employee-friendly information across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 5+ years in benefits administration, strong communication skills, and attention to data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of health and welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs.
• Demonstrated experience developing employee-facing communications and educational materials.
• Experience translating complex benefits concepts into easily understood employee communications.
• Experience supporting open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration processes.
• Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, voluntary, and global benefits programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for benefit eligibility, enrollments, life events, plan provisions, and benefit administration processes.
• Independently resolve complex benefits questions and issues, researching plan provisions and coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Support annual open enrollment activities including planning, testing, communications, employee education, and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex benefits issues and risks appropriately while recommending solutions.
