Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive benefits administration or program management.
• Experience translating complex benefit concepts into clear communications.
• Open enrollment and benefits administration experience.
• Strong organization and multi-priority management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support health, welfare, retirement, leave and global benefits programs.
• Serve as SME for eligibility, enrollments, life events, plan provisions and processes.
• Independently resolve complex benefits questions with vendors as needed.
• Lead annual open enrollment planning, testing, communications and education.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Benefits team members.
• Maintain benefits intranet and knowledge resources.
• Coordinate compliance, records management, and audits.
