Job summary

Littler Mendelson seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst – Programs to lead benefits operations, communications, HRIS support, and vendor coordination across domestic and global programs.

Reporting to the Director of Benefit Programs, the role emphasizes compliance, process improvement, and clear employee education to maximize benefit utilization. Hybrid work options in multiple U.S. cities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of health and welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs.
• Experience developing employee-facing communications and educational materials.
• Experience translating complex benefits concepts into clear communications for employees.
• Experience supporting open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration processes.
• Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation and procedures.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and global benefits programs.
• Serve as SME for benefit eligibility, enrollments, life events, plan provisions and processes.
• Independently resolve complex benefits questions and vendor coordination.
• Support annual open enrollment activities including planning, testing, communications, and education.
• Escalate complex issues and risks with recommended solutions.
