Job summary

The Benefits Analyst at Trilogy Health Services supports administration, financial oversight, compliance, and data integrity of health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs. You will audit plans, reconcile invoices, and monitor vendor performance to ensure accurate and efficient program administration.

You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance and external auditors to resolve complex issues, support regulatory compliance, and develop dashboards and metrics to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA and SECURE Act encouraged.
• Detail-oriented with data integrity and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages benefits programs administration and audits for health, welfare, and retirement plans.
• Reconciles vendor invoices and payroll deductions; ensures accurate funding.
• Maintains data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and KPIs for enrollment, eligibility, and compliance.
• Supports audits and regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, SECURE Act).
