Job summary

Dover Federal Credit Union is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and optimize the organization’s employee benefit programs. You will handle enrollments, eligibility, vendor coordination, and compliance while serving as a resource for employees on health, retirement, and wellness plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related discipline preferred.
• Three+ years of professional HR/benefits payroll experience required.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment and benefits laws.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process employee benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and life events.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and vendor communications.
• Reconcile invoices with carriers and ensure accurate payroll deductions.
• Maintain benefits records and ensure regulatory compliance and audits.
