Job summary

Dover Corporation is seeking a U.S. Benefits Manager to lead financial management, analysis, strategy and performance of U.S. health and welfare programs for about 12,000 employees across operating companies.

You will partner with OpCo HR teams, vendors and consultants to support design, administration, compliance and ongoing program performance, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, renewal analysis and plan design evaluation. The role offers opportunities for growth within Dover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of U.S. health and welfare benefits experience with knowledge of medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance and disability programs.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to analyze claims, enrollment, utilization and financial data.
• Experience with benefit budgeting, forecasting, renewal analysis and plan design evaluation.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong vendor and project management skills and regulatory understanding (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, DOL).

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit cost structure, funding arrangements, claims experience and utilization data.
• Monitor costs against forecast and identify risks, opportunities and cost drivers.
• Translate data into insights to support benefits programs and financial decisions.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and renewal processes and prepare analyses for leadership.
• Evaluate benefit plan design, funding and cost-management opportunities.
• Partner with leadership, consultants and vendors to assess changes and impacts.
• Manage aspects of U.S. health and welfare programs and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and welfare regulations and maintain documentation.
