Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Associate Director of Benefits & Payroll to lead, design and govern the firm’s health, welfare, retirement and well-being programs. You will provide strategic consultation across Total Rewards and coordinate with Finance and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• Certifications in HR or compensation principles preferred (CEBS/CPP/SHRM-SCP/SPHR).
• Experience in benefits, payroll and retirement programs in a large firm desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of health, welfare and retirement programs.
• Oversee payroll, retirement governance and regulatory compliance across multi-state operations.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance and external partners to optimize Total Rewards programs.
• Manage broker/vendor relationships and audits; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
