Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks an Associate Director of Benefits & Payroll to lead health, retirement and well-being programs across the firm. You will oversee governance, compliance, and improvements, partnering with Finance, People & Culture and external vendors to deliver total rewards programs.

Reporting to the Senior Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards, you will design and manage benefit and retirement plans, ensure ERISA and privacy compliance, and provide strategic guidance to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Experience leading benefits and payroll programs in large organizations.
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of health, welfare, and retirement programs.
• Governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards initiatives.
• Partner with brokers, consultants, and vendors across benefits domains.
• Oversee multi-state payroll operations and ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate with Finance and internal stakeholders on retirement governance.
