Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Benefits Consultant, Benefits Operations in Richmond, VA. This hybrid role leads administration of health, welfare, leave, retirement, and international benefits, partnering with HR, Payroll, and vendors to deliver an excellent employee experience.

You will own Dayforce Benefits, manage enrollment activities, and drive ongoing optimization of benefits platforms and integrations. relocation is available and remote work is not currently offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits administration and operations experience.
• Experience leading vendor management and carrier relationships.
• Experience with benefits administration systems and technology platforms.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits operations for health and welfare programs.
• Oversee benefits administration processes including eligibility, enrollments, and billing.
• Own Dayforce Benefits configuration, testing, and enhancements.
• Lead open enrollment planning and execution.
• Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, and consultants.
• Coordinate international benefits administration and processes.
