You will partner with HR, Payroll, consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits administration and operations experience.
• Experience in health and welfare benefits administration.
• Experience leading vendor management and carrier relationships.
• Experience supporting benefits administration systems and technology platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits operations and daily administration, ensuring accuracy and high service standards.
• Oversee leave of absence programs and coordinate with third-party administrators.
• Serve as Dayforce Benefits Product Owner, including configuration reviews and annual setup activities.
• Lead annual open enrollment planning, preparation, and execution with vendors and HR teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and remediation plans with consultants and third-party administrators.
• Coordinate carrier implementations and benefits integrations, ensuring data accuracy and timely enrollments.
• Support international benefits administration and global program initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for benefits processes.
