Capstone Search Group is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to lead complex, self-funded large corporate accounts remotely in the United States. The role focuses on designing and administering plans, and delivering strategic benefits solutions across the client base.

You will manage renewals, work closely with underwriters, and drive revenue opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service throughout the year.

As the lead point of contact throughout the year, you work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of benefits plans.

• Set long-term strategies with clients, making recommendations on plan design and administration to meet their business and financial needs.
• Lead the renewal process and closely partner with underwriters to develop creative strategies for group medical and ancillary benefits programs.
• Address critical customer issues and help the account management team throughout the year provide consistent, high-quality service.
• Seek out additional revenue opportunities with clients and referrals.
