Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience administering employee benefits and leave programs.
• Experience managing 401(k) plans, ACA compliance, and health and welfare benefits.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and retirement plan administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare benefit programs and 401(k) retirement plan.
• Coordinate eligibility, enrollment, and leave programs with vendors and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
• Educate employees on benefit programs and provide guidance on issues.
