Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Benefit Analyst to manage North American health, leave and financial wellbeing programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to streamline administration and support colleagues through key life moments.

You will oversee leave programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide practical guidance to managers on policies and return-to-work procedures, all while driving a high-quality employee experience across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits administration and LOA program management across NA markets.
• Strong knowledge of benefit operations, including payroll integrations and audits.
• Experience with complex leave requirements and return-to-work strategies.
• Vendor relationship management within matrix HR environments.
• Excellent communication skills translating complex compliance into employee resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of NA retirement, financial wellbeing, and income protection plans.
• Act as primary process owner for US/Canada LOA programs (FMLA, disability, PFML, ADA).
• Manage third-party vendor performance, SLAs, and data accuracy.
• Analyze usage trends with dashboards to identify friction points and improve delivery.
• Maintain intranet communications and guidance for managers on leave policies.
